01How it works
Complete your purchase at our secure Shopify checkout.
Your download link appears right away on the order confirmation page.
You also receive an email with your download link.
Save your files and start using them on any device.
02Use on any device
Our products are delivered as digital files, most often PDF. The exact format of every product is listed on its product page before you buy.
Open the link, then save the file to the Books or Files app.
Open the link and the file saves to your Downloads folder.
Download the file and open it with the right app, such as any PDF reader.
03Before you buy
- Use the right email. Your download link is sent to the email you enter at checkout, so double-check it.
- Save your files. After downloading, keep a copy on your device so you can use it anytime, even offline.
- Personal use only. Your purchase is for you. Sharing or reselling our files is not allowed. See our Terms of Service.
04Having trouble?
I didn't receive the email
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. Emails can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive.
My download link isn't working
Try opening it in a different browser, or on another device. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll send you a new link.
I entered the wrong email at checkout
Email us with your order number and the correct email address, and we'll send your link there.
The file won't open
Make sure you have the right app installed, such as a PDF reader. If the file seems damaged, contact us and we'll send a working copy. See our Refund Policy.
Email support@quincantel.com with your order number. We usually reply within 1 to 3 business days.
