Yes. Our catalog is growing, with new digital products planned. Subscribe to our newsletter on the home page to be the first to know.

What format are your products?
Most of our products are PDF files. The exact format of each product is listed on its product page before you buy.
Can I use them on my phone?
Yes. Our files open on phones, tablets and computers.
What language are your products in?
Our current products are in English. The language is listed on each product page.
Is your content based on research?
Our educational products, such as our self-improvement ebook The Tenfold Man, are built on credible research and trustworthy sources, explained in simple language with practical examples.

03Orders & payment
How do I buy a product?
Go to the Shop, open the product you want, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Your download is ready right after payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout. Available options may depend on your country.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency.
04Delivery & download
How do I receive my product?
Instantly. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page right after payment, and it's also sent to your email. See Digital Delivery.
I can't find my download email.
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it's not there, email us with your order number and we'll resend your link.
What if I lose my file?
We recommend saving a copy on your device after downloading. If you lose it, contact us with your order number and we'll help you.
Are there shipping fees?
No. Everything we sell is digital, so there are no shipping fees.
05Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except if your file wasn't delivered, is damaged, or you were charged twice. Read our full Refund Policy.
How do I request help with my order?
Email support@quincantel.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem.
06Sharing & license
Can I share a product with friends?
No. Your purchase is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or uploading our files is not allowed. If a friend is interested, they can get their own copy from our Shop.
Can I print my product?
Yes, printable products can be printed for your own personal use.
We usually reply within 1–3 business days.
