07Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
• We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if there was an obvious pricing error.

08Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally by download link, right after your payment is confirmed. The link appears on the order confirmation page and is also sent to your email. Read more on our Digital Delivery page.

09Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except in specific cases such as delivery problems, damaged files or duplicate purchases. Read our full Refund Policy.

10Limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuinCantel LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from using our website or products.
